Love & Peace Series – Artist Statement / Story
In a world that often feels chaotic, restless, and divided, the Love & Peace Series is my quiet rebellion — a visual prayer painted straight from the heart.
Each canvas begins in stillness: layers of deep blues and soft grays swirl like storms or winter skies, representing the outer turbulence we all face — wars, uncertainty, heartbreak, daily noise. Yet within that motion, a radiant heart emerges, encircled by endless spirals of energy. These spirals are not random; they are cycles of healing, forgiveness, and renewal, carrying threads of gold, coral, and emerald that weave through the chaos like veins of light.
Handwritten words appear again and again — “愛” (love), “Love”, “感恩” (gratitude), “感悟” (insight) — not as decoration, but as mantras breathed onto the surface. They float, tangle, and glow amid drips, splatters, and bold strokes, reminding us that love is not fragile; it is resilient, persistent, and alive even in the wildest storm.
This series is born from personal reflection during uncertain times: moving through life’s changes in Cape Coral, balancing creativity with daily realities, and holding onto inner calm when the world spins too fast. The heart at the center is both mine and universal — a reminder that true peace is not the absence of chaos, but the presence of unwavering love inside our own hearts.
No matter how dark or turbulent the outside appears, as long as we nurture love, gratitude, and peace within, our inner world remains a sanctuary. These paintings are invitations: pause, breathe, and let your heart become the steady light that nothing can extinguish.

爱与和平系列——艺术家自述/故事
在这个常常充满混乱、躁动和分裂的世界里，《爱与和平系列》是我静默的反抗——一幅发自内心的视觉祈祷。
每一幅画都始于静谧：深邃的蓝色和柔和的灰色层层叠叠，如同暴风雨或冬日的天空般翻涌，象征着我们所有人面对的外部动荡——战争、迷茫、心碎、日常的喧嚣。然而，在这动静之中，一颗闪耀的心浮现，被无尽的能量螺旋环绕。这些螺旋并非随意而为；它们是疗愈、宽恕和重生的循环，承载着金色、珊瑚色和祖母绿色的丝线，如同光芒的脉络般穿梭于混乱之中。
手写的文字反复出现——“愛”、“Love”、“感恩”、“感悟”——并非装饰，而是如同呼吸般轻拂于画布之上的箴言。它们在滴落、飞溅和大胆的笔触间漂浮、交织、闪耀，提醒我们爱并非脆弱；它坚韧不拔、永不凋零，即使在最狂暴的风暴中也依然鲜活。
这组作品源于我在动荡时期对人生的反思：在科勒尔角经历人生变迁，在日常琐事与创作之间寻求平衡，并在世界飞速运转时坚守内心的平静。画作中心的那颗心既属于我，也属于普世——它提醒我们，真正的和平并非没有混乱，而是我们心中始终充满着坚定不移的爱。
